Free delivery

• Orders over £599: Enjoy FREE standard delivery on all flooring orders over £599. This offer is available only for deliveries to the mainland UK. For other areas, delivery costs will be priced differently.

Standard delivery

• SPC flooring orders under £599: A standard delivery charge of £39.99 will apply to SPC flooring orders under £599
• Acoustic wall panels: A standard delivery charge of £49.99 will apply to all orders of acoustic wall panels

Express delivery

• SPC flooring: Need your flooring in a hurry? We offer express delivery for an additional £59.99
• Acoustic wall panels: Express delivery is available for acoustic wall panels at £99.99

Samples

• Dimensions: Samples of our SPC flooring and acoustic wall panels are approximately 10cm long and 10cm wide
• Maximum quantity: You can order up to 3 samples at one time
• Delivery method: Samples are sent via Evri standard service
• Cost: A small delivery cost of £0.99.

Delivery times

• Standard delivery: Typically, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days for any flooring order; most wall panel orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days but, on occasion, can take up to 10 working days.
• Express delivery: If you opt for express delivery, your order will arrive within 1 to 2 business days - the cut-off for express delivery is 11:30 am.

Delivery process

1. Order confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase
2. Dispatch notification: When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status
3. Delivery: Our delivery team will ensure your products are delivered safely to your doorstep

• Delivery areas: We deliver across the UK. Free delivery is available only within mainland UK. Delivery costs for other areas will be priced differently. Please get in touch with us for a quote if you are outside mainland UK
• Special instructions: If you have any specific delivery instructions, please provide them at the time of purchase, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs
• Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect details provided by the customer, failure to be present at the time of delivery, or refusal to accept the delivery, we reserve the right to charge a failed delivery fee. The amount charged will be at our discretion and will be communicated to the customer before reattempting delivery.
