At Padova, we strive to ensure all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, however, you are not entirely happy with your order, our returns policy is designed to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

Returns eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s)
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Products that have been installed or used will not be eligible for return
  • Proof of purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt or invoice) is required for all returns

How to return an item

  1. Contact us: Before returning any items, please contact our Customer Service team at orders@padovaflooring.co.uk or call us on 0113 517 8411 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return
  2. Return authorisation: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documentation
  4. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part

Refunds

  • Processing time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 5-7 business days
  • Approved returns: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Restocking fee: For the return of unwanted goods, a restocking fee of 25% of the item's price will be deducted from your refund

Exchanges

  • Defective or damaged items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@padovaflooring.co.uk or call us at 0113 517 8411. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • Incorrect items: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost

Non-returnable items

  • Custom orders: Custom or special order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged
  • Clearance items: Items marked as clearance or final sale are non-returnable

Additional information

  • Inspection: All returns will be inspected upon receipt. If the item(s) do not meet the return eligibility criteria, the return may be rejected
