What is SPC flooring?

SPC (stone plastic composite) flooring is a type of vinyl flooring that combines limestone and stabilisers to create an extremely durable core. SPC is known for its strength, ease of installation, and water resistance, making it ideal for both residential and commercial use - even in moisture-prone areas like kitchens and bathrooms.

What are acoustic wall panels?

Acoustic wall panels are designed to improve sound quality by absorbing and reducing noise. They are perfect for environments where sound clarity is important, such as offices, recording studios, and home cinemas. Our wood-effect wall panels also add a sleek and stylish design element to any space for a winning combination of fashion and function.

Orders and delivery

How can I place an order?

You can place an order through our website by selecting the products you wish to purchase, adding to your basket and then following our easy online checkout process. For assistance, you can also contact our sales team at orders@padovaflooring.co.uk

How long does it take for home delivery?

We use Royal mail and DHL to send most of our UK orders.Euro Car Parts reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

What are your delivery options?

Free delivery: Available on all orders over £599 within mainland UK Standard delivery: £39.99 for SPC flooring orders under £599, and £49.99 for all acoustic wall panel orders Express delivery: £59.99 for SPC flooring and £99.99 for acoustic wall panels

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only deliver across the UK. For deliveries outside mainland UK, please contact us at orders@padovaflooring.co.uk for a shipping quote.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Samples

How can I order samples?

You can order up to 3 samples of our SPC flooring and acoustic wall panel products through our website. Samples are approximately 10cm long by 10cm wide, and are delivered via Royal Mail 48-hour service free of charge.

Returns And Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) in their original, unused condition and packaging. A 25% restocking fee will apply for the return of unwanted goods. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.

How do I return an item?

Contact our Customer Service team at orders@padovaflooring.co.uk to initiate the return process. You will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at orders@padovaflooring.co.uk or call us at 0113 517 8411. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

How do I install SPC flooring?

SPC flooring is designed for easy installation, typically using a click-lock system. Detailed installation instructions are provided with your purchase. If you need further assistance, simply contact our Customer Service team.

How do I clean and maintain SPC flooring?

SPC flooring is low-maintenance and easy to clean. Simply sweep or hoover regularly to remove dirt and debris, and use a damp mop with a mild cleaner for deeper cleaning. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive tools in order to protect your flooring in the long term.
