"You" and "your" refer to the customer or website user

"Products" refer to SPC flooring, acoustic wall panels, and any other items sold by Padova

3. Use of website

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only
You must not use the website in any way that may cause damage to the website or impair its availability or accessibility

4. Orders and payment

Order acceptance: All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion
Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice
Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order using a valid credit or debit card or other payment methods specified on our website

5. Delivery

Standard delivery: We offer standard delivery within mainland UK for a fee. Orders over £599 qualify for free standard delivery
Express delivery: Available for an additional fee
Samples: Evri standard service for up to 3 samples
Delivery times: We aim to deliver within the estimated timescales, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated timescales
Delivery areas: Free delivery is available only within mainland UK. Delivery costs for other areas will be priced differently
Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect details provided by the customer, failure to be present at the time of delivery, or refusal to accept the delivery, we reserve the right to charge a failed delivery fee. The amount charged will be at our discretion and will be communicated to the customer before reattempting delivery. If you wish to cancel your order and not pay the fee, we will refund you minus the original delivery cost.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) in its original, unused condition and packaging. A 25% restocking fee will apply for the return of unwanted goods
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Defective items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund

7. Intellectual property

Content ownership: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Padova or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws
Use of content: You may view, download and print pages from the website for personal use, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms and conditions

8. Limitation of liability

Website use: Padova is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our website
Product use: Padova's liability for any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product
